| not a secret. Just having documentation issues. Im keeping my deadlifts at 405 for reps. But I lose count every time since im mentally retarded. I keep forgetting my tape measure for stones so I can measure how many tires equals 50 or so inches. And for farmers I can never get anyone to time me. My neighbor is going to start coming next week though so that I can actually track things. Upper body tonight. possibly get some videos |

| you can not count PR's on seated calf raises. only my wife does that. man rule #672 |

| alright. how do you not count to 5-7 (I am just guessing here) on your deadlift but you are able to count to 22 on your leg press. even if you have your shoes and socks off when you are doing the leg press that is still two extra reps!!! |

| LOL I didnt. Had a guy who was also in the leg room count for me. I was shooting for 20 but miscounted and did two extra. |

| Deadlift- 405X12ish (not really sure but i thought id throw out a number to make craig happy) farmers hold- 250X?? thick dumbell snatch- 85X5 didnt want to go too hard the first time. felt awkard for the left hand flex single leg curl- 70X22 NEW PR one armed dumbell row- 135X22 NEW PR -both arms got 22 Strive preacher curl- hardest portion at top 80X14 Hard squat machine- 60X23 NEW PR |
