| I bolted two 250 pound tires together. Looks pretty cool.I think it'll help me get speed for nats since the tires i usally train with are 600 log press- 12 inch No pr's Tire flip-60ft down and back 1min 32 sec oh god, im slow 60ftX? 60ftX37sec IS THAT SLOW? How do I get faster?! I have my feet 2ft away from tire to start, I drive into it and give it a hard knee and push. As soon as it hits the ground, I'm back down on it to give it another flip. But that time seems slow to me. Maybe I'm just being hard on myself? Video next time. Reverse Grip db floor press- 65'sX12 |
