| I just thought I would keep up a journal to look at my progress. Here are my training sessions from the last few days. DAY 1- farmers hold-(weight is PER HAND and doesnt include the weight of implements) 230X35 sec weighted dips- 115X9 90Xfailure 80Xfailure weighted wide grip pullups- pinkies on black part 50X8 45Xfailure 40xfailure Calves* Rows* front hold- 35X33 sec NEW PR 25X35 25X30 10 min cardio on bike* 10 min cardio on 15' incline for 10 min at 3.3 DAY 2- farmers walk (weight is PER HAND and doesnt include the weight of implements) 120ft 3 turns 90 140 140 140 * i didnt have anyone to time me but these felt VERY fast. I'm really just going for speed on these as all were below 20 seconds. 18 inch deadlift- 225X3 315X2 405X7 NEW PR squat* no new pr's tire flip variation* seated good mornings- 135X5 175X10 160XFailure 140xFailure ab machine- 160X4 Today was supposed to be a lifting session but my gym is closed  |

Dave- its the opposite of your "bicept" I usually do axle cleans and log clean and press today, but my posterior chain felt like alex apostol got a hold of me, so I skipped them today. close grip bench- 6 inches apart 170X9 155Xfailure 140Xfailure Calves* alternating dumbell curls- 60'sX24 55's 45's dumbell laterals* nothing special, good pump, 3 sets 30's,20's,15's 8 min cardio on bike- heart rate-160-170bpm |

| Kr0ne- exactly. weak, gay, and a little sore. Saturday is an off day for me. Now that the holidays are over I wont have a screwed up lifting schedule from the gyms being closed. |
