| last friday night axle clean and press (1 clean) 100x5 190x3 210x2-pp 250x1-tougher than should of been but took a big jump since my brother wanted to do flat dbl press and I didn't want to keep him waiting Flat dbl press 60x10 60'sx28+2 flys Thats about it. | nice job. When are you going to do a full powerlifting meet. I would think your total would be very impressive. Does Frantz put on full meets? |

Tuesday at jakked log press log weighs between 45-50 and i used half lb collars so prolly closer to 50 but counted all the sets as if it weighed 45. 135x5-strick 185x2 205x1 220x2-cleaned both 200x3-4?? 1 clean. bench 145x5 235x4
gotta be ready for ilsm hopefully i'll enter it this year, keg throw sounds awesome. |

| at frantz squat(in mono) 160x5 210x5-added loose briefs and suit 340x2 300x2-wider than normal 480x1-ok, didnt wrap knee tight as usual deadlift 135x3 225x2 315x1 405x1 505x1 505x1 555x1 575x3-no straps, could of gone for a while, but high hamstring pain. bench 135x5 185x5-cg 225x2 280x1-not hard, new record 290x1-spotter touched the bar slightly at sticking point, pretty good, weighin only 215 cause I have been practicing basketball a lot. |

| Chris a mistake I made early on, was not doing enough lat and rear delt work to balance out my shoulders you only did 3 sets of pullups but more than 10 sets of bench, military, and flys. I would do more pullups, row, lat pulldown, etc. to help prevent future shoulder problems. Craig |

| back squats-beltless 135x8 135x8 235 5 sets of 5 axle deadlift-beltless raw 190x5 330x5 450x5-little hard axle clean and press (cleaned once) 100x10-strict 200x3-pushpress 225x5-jerks leg raises x15 x15 ---was gonna do more but got some ab spasm--- strength was a little down due to having 5 bball games the past two days along with baseball |
