nice job. When are you going to do a full powerlifting meet. I would think your total would be very impressive. Does Frantz put on full meets?

Frantz could, but last year was a push/pull.

log press log weighs between 45-50 and i used half lb collars so prolly closer to 50 but counted all the sets as if it weighed 45.

a mistake I made early on, was not doing enough lat and rear delt work to balance out my shoulders

you only did 3 sets of pullups but more than 10 sets of bench, military, and flys. I would do more pullups, row, lat pulldown, etc. to help prevent future shoulder problems.
