warm-up: 35 dbl curls for 10 reps alternanting, then loaded 240, 230, 200, 240 stone to small table to geet them out of the way.
axle clean and press(1 clean)
100x5-strict

tire sled (truck pull sim)

not bad feel pretty strong, axle will dranstically improve

I have stopped talking any ibprofen for 3 weeks now, I think it may make you slightly fatter (as in BF%) but I could be imagining things.

I threw out my back trying to dunk before fridays game, and pulled/tweaked a forearms muscle in right arm trying to hold on to the rim with one hand.

I think it's awesome that you've lost that much weight and are still pulling 500 for reps at your age. By the time you're 20 you'll be LW Pro material.

You pull with a hook grip, right? I think I remember seeing that in a video. Anyway, I tried it today and immediately afterwards I tore off some calluses. Super fun. That aside, how long did it take you to learn/get used to it? Does it stop hurting like hell after a while, the way your wrists just adjust to a front squat? Or does it always hurt like hell but you just get used to it (like prison rape)?

hook or straps, wih hook I never have any real pain, unless its with a real deadlift bar that has deep knurling. I think if you could use a smooth bar to get used to it first it would help. thanks btw.
