| I have stopped talking any ibprofen for 3 weeks now, I think it may make you slightly fatter (as in BF%) but I could be imagining things. back squats 135x4 225x3 315x1-belt, easy as hell but pain in left hip 340x1-belt, pain again so decided to shut it down. wasnt that hard, went deep too. push press 135x2 185x3 205x2-actually easier then previous set 225x1-jerk' 225x2-jerk, back is just a little trashed closer grip bench 135x5 185x5 205x4-no spotter (played it safe) seated rows 140x8 225x7 225x6 barbell curls 95x8-lots in tank 95x8 95x8 95x7 95x7 95x6-none in tank wrist curls etc.. hammer currls 40x6 40x6 tri push downs 50x10 50x10 50x10 50x10 50x10 |

| I think it's awesome that you've lost that much weight and are still pulling 500 for reps at your age. By the time you're 20 you'll be LW Pro material. You pull with a hook grip, right? I think I remember seeing that in a video. Anyway, I tried it today and immediately afterwards I tore off some calluses. Super fun. That aside, how long did it take you to learn/get used to it? Does it stop hurting like hell after a while, the way your wrists just adjust to a front squat? Or does it always hurt like hell but you just get used to it (like prison rape)? |

I think if you could use a smooth bar to get used to it first it would help. thanks btw. |
