bball lifting:
bench up to
225x5
and
135x30+
some pullups etc...

I have been getting some quad cramps after couple hours of conditioning we do, they're much more frequent then hamstring cramps, but at least they don't hurt nearly as much.

last thurdsday:
box squats
6 sets of 3 to 14" box with 220 I think
then 245x1 clean
and 245x1 clean and push jerk

Monday at gym:
cleans-front squat each rep
135x3
185x3
185x3
205x3
back squat-beltless
185x4
245x5
265x4-good for more, strong.

then later afterschool:
box squat 14"
135x3
220x3
220x3
220x3
220x3
270x3-baseball coach was saying that 220 seems light or something like that for fun so I just put on the 25's too for fun.
220x3
cleans
135x3
250x1-missed jerk =(
seated box jumps
4 sets of 3

have not been on computer much as you can tell.....
past week
monday
just cleans
up to 205x3 front squat each rep
and back squat 225 for sets of 4 was real easy.

tuesday
bench-gay
just sets of 5 with 185 and then some light rows for reps.

bodyweight is 190 about and my back is almost full strength still at least.

don't go out in any strong winds.

have you had your bodyfat tested. the last video you posted of your deadlift, you looked pretty lean.

LOL.
school said I had 8% bodyfat since then I lost a little.Definitely look like I shouldn't go any lighter. Basketball "season" is about to start on monday and our team has good enough people on it to go to the state tournament and do well, but I don't know about how hard we work for it.

Holy shit. I can't believe how lean you are and still so strong. Great work.

Don't get any lighter though. Doesn't look like you've got anything left to lose without muscle melting away.

kinda want to get to 4% bodyfat, but you have a good point that I shouldn't risk muscle loss.
