| Very impressive DL Chris. Have you looked up what is the IL teen record DL in all of the Powerlifting federations for your weightclass? I would be curious |

I have not. Maybe I'll check once I get it a bit higher and cleaner. |

| I have had to stop smolvo because I am developing a tear in left leg, like I did 14months ago in the right leg, I did go up to 225 on cleans yeaterday, felt weirdly easy, bodyweight 245. |

| I got a bump on my forearms tuesday from elbowed/falling @ practice. In 1-3 weeks there gonna check it and see if its healed, in that case it was a bone bruise and I will be able to play with the pain. |

| front squat 135x5 185x5 calf raises seated 70x20 back squat 225x5-most all leg muscle cramped up crazy with any movement, kinda fun but hindering. took leg break to get better bench 135x10 185x5 leg press 370x8 460x8 550x8 640x8 820x1-super strict, nice rom, with wraps. leg extensions 30x40 205x15 205x15 |

| got cast off today, but it hurts a little still bench press 135x10-feels like 200 185x5 225x2 240x2-easier than expected 225x5-ok hammer curls (done inbetween b.p. sets) 40x10 60x3 45x5 incline dbl press-high incline 60x10 60x10 60x8-didnt want to go all out |

| squats in monolift barx5 157x5 put on loose squat shorts 247x3 337x1 337x2-knee wraps loosley depth was very very good. easy diffficulty. deadlift 135x5 225x5 315x1 405x1-belt on 505x1-little hard, but pretty fast. first time deadlifting in 4 weeks!! trying not to max on any thing for a month, I just started eating 250g+ protein daily, and I'm off creatine temporarly. |
