Very impressive DL Chris. Have you looked up what is the IL teen record DL in all of the Powerlifting federations for your weightclass? I would be curious

I have not. Maybe I'll check once I get it a bit higher and cleaner.

I have had to stop smolvo because I am developing a tear in left leg, like I did 14months ago in the right leg, I did go up to 225 on cleans yeaterday, felt weirdly easy, bodyweight 245.

I got a bump on my forearms tuesday from elbowed/falling @ practice. In 1-3 weeks there gonna check it and see if its healed, in that case it was a bone bruise and I will be able to play with the pain.

been doing some running and stuff like box jumps, I will prolly train lower body tomarrow and upper if anything tonight(doubtfull)

trying not to max on any thing for a month, I just started eating 250g+ protein daily, and I'm off creatine temporarly.
