| barbell overhead-from rack 135x8 135x8 205x3-push press 225x3-push press, way easier then normal 265x1-bad form 275x1-was going for more but didn't happen 235x2 during before and after I did back rows with 105 dbl, and some reverse flys dbl snatch 105x5 (5L, 5R) bench 225x1-cg 245x2 225x5-close grip record, but im not recovered at all so i am good for a lot more. jerk form was pretty bad today since not doing any heavy overhead work for about three weeks, my push presses were actually stronger then normal, but again the heavyer weight for the jerks felt heavy just from not holding that much weight in that position for awhile. I may even be overlooking that my jerk would be stronger if i recovered more from last upper body workout. |

| before workout out I did ball handling drill for a little over an hour, it was almost cardio type of training. then romanian deadlift 135x10 225x5 300x9 300x9 300x9>>20situps 300x9 then went to baseball game I didn't hit as good as normal I think I either was over tired, and low on fuel, or that I had too much caffeine in me and couldn't relax enough hitting. I am about to go to my other teams' game I hope I do better. |
