| stay with Tony's longer. I would stay with it for 3-4 months. Build some base strength right now. work on implement technique with Tony. After 2-3 contests then re-evaluate. |

| the only reason I even thought off adding in another day was because I feel I am recovering with more than enough time. But may be I am not seeing as I wore myself down pretty much this week. Not sure thought. I want to add in one more day just so I can get more training in to work on fat loss and getting more feel for movements. |

Training partner for today had to cancel some water pipes broke and her whole lower half of her house if flooded so I went in to do what I said I would Smash my front squat pr. what I found out after is the bar I have been using is 50lbs so this was actually a 270lb front squat and missed 275 135. 145 175 195 225 265 (20lbs over my best) it was fast and easy missed 270lb bout 4 minutes rest in between. |

Let me see about friday I may be working, but I'll see what my father says if he needs me that day or if I can move work to saterday.
I will be going back to the routine as soon as summer classes start up. I am just trying to see if I can handle a little more volume. I also wana test out to see if speed work will have any cary over to my strength. |

| I hope you dont take it to offense tony that I am adding in a few extra days while I am on break. I will be going back to yours when school starts again. Olympic squat butt to floor up to 315 think i had another 20 in me but cut it off here Front squat went for 85% of max at 225 but couldnt do it I was pinned to the floor so I moved it to 70% at 185 2x2 working on explosiveness Bulgarian one legged squats from my reading adding in unilateral work will help fix some knee pain so I did it. 1 set of 5 reps Side bends 2 sets with 80lbs 10 reps and 5 reps |

| Didn't take offense at all. My goal for you and the original routine was to provide a solid strength base. If you wish to try different routines, that's fine. Just stick with the basics. The more you stray from the basics the more you'll take away from from the strength base. |

I plan on keeping it around all the movements you include in the routine with an added on reverse hyper and ab work just split over 4 days.
as soon as school starts I will be back at yours
I will let you know about friday as soon as I find out. |

| Came across your post on equipment on Iron Trybe. http://www.ilstrongman.com/37901.htmlHere is the link to our equipment page. Some of the prices you stated on the trybes site were incorrect. Pitbull equipment is very nice. The main difference with the equipment is that he uses hollow or thinner gauge steel than we do. |

I deeply appologize for the missquote. I did not know there was a page for prices. I was going by memmory by what I thought I remebered for prices. Which I guess was incorrect I edited my post on irontrybe. Going by the prices I recieved from pitbull I will be going with you if I have the money from my summer job for equipment. Pitbull wants just as much for smaller guage equipment.
again I appologize for misquote I hope I did not anger you in anyway. |
