Thanks Craig, Tony! I'm finally getting closer to my goals for '08!! I may get my '09 goals just in time for the end of the world in 12/21/2012! What a Face
Heh heh I had to actually look at the video to figure out what fish on the wall! Yeah its my Lieutenants garage. All kinds of crazy stuff on the walls. Somewhere there is a big Jesus, martial arts weapons, ancient farming implements, music instruments from his sons band "Crown Frog" and other stuff I can't think of right now.

I only do farmers about every other month so I am happy with the 33 seconds.

I still workout, I swear. Lately I have been doing cardio even. I have been kicking around the idea of doing the hercules. Today was a 2" DB practice. I am able to clean 1 handed and then press easily with my right, left was a nightmare. out of 12 or so attempts I got the last 2. I will work it a couple more times before deciding. I am actively looking for a keg right now to train more strongman cardio. You would think with a cousin who owns a bar I could get one, but no draft beer at her place! I have another friend who owns a bar, same problem. What the hell!

November update.
I think I have a lead on a keg. Whoo hoo! I deadlifted today. I have been stagnant since pulling 600 a couple of months ago. I finally pushed my mind into the right frame again and pulled a PR of sorts. 565 for 3 reps during the matrix 600-605 workout. Last week I was able to clean my 2" 120lb DB easier. Still its taxing my very poor cardio conditioning. I have been hitting 30 minutes on a treadmill a couple times a week to help improve my conditioning. I guess this adds up to my probably entering the Hercules. I have been also working on the hook grip to try and get more on my farmers hold, but damn it hurts even worse.

Brad, yeah I have been getting the hang of it. I worked up to 475 for the first time yesterday. I wrapped when i went for reps though.

10/09/09
This nearly killed me. More the conditioning aspect because I think I had 1 or 2 more reps strengthwise but I would have passed out I think. 475lbs for 13

I Hate 2" db clean and presses! I only got 6 in 1 minute! twice the number from last week and I am going 5 pounds over the posted hercules weight, but still, they suck! Tony, you are evil. Is there a basket weaving, sally version of strongman? LOL! Maybe a empty keg carry, with a ford focus pull, a cinder block over head lift, maybe a wheel barrow deadlift? lol I guess not. I'll be getting my form and check in soon, barring any unforeseen wife objections.
