| Yeah. I don't think I really get much from there anymore. I just post my log there. | Have you found the strict presses are helping with your log press? I just started doing them the last couple weeks with hopes that they will make it that much easier when I can use leg drive. |

| Training is looking good Craig. It's good to see you here. On Marunde I'd check in every once in while however many times your journal just wouldn't load for me. It's nice that everyone here are friends. Strict log presses have worked well for me in the past. Tony |

| Treadmill 15 min @ 4.6 mph Core and Stretching 15 min It has been about a year now that my back has been an issue. It has definitely affected my confidence with training. It has also kind of decreased my desire. Too bad I don't know a good PT to help fix it. |

| What is the exact issue with the back? It sucks that it's affecting you like that. I've dealt with back spasms here and there, but nothing permanent. I'm sure it's crappy to have to worry about injuring yourself every time you work out. Good PTs are tough to find!  |
