I'll give a few updates:
We are most likely ditching the Man-vs-man aspect of the yoke - as Tony pointed out it leads to too many headaches at this level. Different weight classes will just go instead.
The Carry/flip medley may be extended to include a sandbag carry - this gives three implements to carry (Steel Husafel-like stone, keg, sandbag) plus a tire to flip.
The rules will change slightly - you may carry any implement in any order to the finish line. Split times will be taken but distance will not be measured if you fail to get it across (it's a short course anyway). If you get all three across, the tire will then be flipped. After all, not too many would flip the tire first when split times are involved. Distance will be measured in this case if the tire doesn't cross, or total time if you finish.
David, good to hear from you.

Topic: June challenge.....
I am doing this one! Went to jakked today. Did the yoke.....got humbled by the yoke......stupid yoke!
My ankle was the least of my problems. I have not had more than 200 pounds on my back in over 1 1/2 years.
Quite the shock to the body(went up to 600) looking forward to the pain I am pretty sure my back is going to be in tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing everybody.
