Everyone else is busy too. I have school 4-5 hours a day and work after that usually. hardly ever at my apartment. its not that you're making an excuse, you just need to be prepared. cook for the next day and keep your food in tupperware. take it with you to work and eat when you can.

I know what you are saying.

It is an excuse and it is limiting me. plain and simple.
I need to be better.

Nick could not have said it better. How can I expect to gain strength eating what I eat.
