I'd like to see a number of Illinois guys attending this year.

When I competed in the 03' Nationals there were only two from Illinois, Craig Richards and myself.

The directions are confusing me and dont seem to be very well written. I want to add an insert to my stone. So here's what I THINK I'm supposed to do.

1. Spray inside with silicone spray.

2. Put the mold without a hole on a small tire for support.

3. Pour concrete into mold that doesnt have a hole

4. Put insert in the middle.

5. Put mold WITH hole on top of mold WITHOUT hole

6. Pour the rest of the concret in and let it sit for a week

is this right?

so I did my workout today, and at the end I usually do 1 set of abs a few reps short of failure. Well today I did abs cable style with the rope and did crunches. I went to absolute failure for the first time in a while, probably got about 30 reps. I then went on to hyperextensions. As I was coming down on the second rep, my abs cramped up and I felt everything shift around. I got off the hypers and called it a day. They feel a little sore, but no protrusions (yet) any ideas? here was my workout

Emily has fallen victim to some of the glute inactivity that most desk-ridden people have, but she's so gifted with back strength that it doesn't matter. It's really not very fair. With some activation work and a better setup she'll be close to 3x BW. We're going to work rack pulls tomorrow and then she'll do the 18" pull next week. That ought to force her to learn to lock a weight out properly.
