I've never been a fan on posting my training online however what the heck, I'll give it a go. If I don't like it I can delete it (evil laugh).

Just a little background:

Been training for 20 years (sheesh...). Started strongman in 96'. Joined NASS in 2000 and became the NAS Inc. IL Chairman in 2001.

Have been bit by the injury bug the last couple years. Not so much from training, more from job related issues.

The injuries forced a sabatical from training a few times these last 2 years ...

I have not posted in awhile partly because of being really busy and then also because I have not been training that consistantly. Rugby just got over and we had an ok season. I trained good throughout the first month of the season but started getting pretty banged up lifting heavy along with rugby. So for the last couple months I have just lifted for fun. Now I started back training for a couple different things.

A couple weeks ago my fiancee asked me to train with her and run a half ...

I felt decent day of the contest.

We were doing log warm ups in contest area. I was having a hell of a

Hi guys, Hickson here, basketball tryouts are gooing on now I am struggling to maintain my 250lbs Bodyweight. The 700 deadlift is a real major goal of mine, and hopefully can accomplish within the future. My bodyfat is at a near all-time low which is good, and another major goal of mine is to avoid maxing out often, which is my bad habit. ok

was sore on traps, abs, tris today so kept it light

lil jump rope

then

cleans

135x4x4

done, nothing impressive yet!

Not new to lifting or strongman but havn't done this in awhile. Had to take a long break from training for alot of reasons. So everything is just rebuilding back strength. My numbers are a little low, ok very low, but I am 100% sure I will get back to my good numbers very soon and surpass them.

Saterday March 28th Training at Tonys:

10 inch logs: lots of singles working up to a max clean and press of a 170lbs and a max clean of 185lbs. I am sure if I worked on just cleaning I could ...

I decided to start posting my log on here since I am pretty disappointed in Marunde. I love posting my log, but it just seems like Marunde is going down hill. Too many idiots on there and I never get any input so it is pointless. Today is my last rugby game and then starting Monday I have a quick prep for Kurt's show in MI. I have not prepped for it at all but it should be fun competing with spy. After that I will be working on my weaknesses with some different goals in mind.

Hey there illinois people. Alex Apostol here...I'm currently 19 years old, 6'1 230 pounds. The past 6 months or so have been my best training in a long time. I had a digestional disorder in my stomach for a long time so I was stuck around 195 pounds for the longest time, but now I'm medicated so I'm finally getting some relief. I expect to blow up to 250 by the end of the year...

Right now I'm focusing on powerbuilding, basic heavy movements and then some more isolation stuff. I'll ...
